Sand in the Sandwiches, Wasps in the Tea…
The East Devon coastline has some wonderful places to be creative and Beer is one of the finest for inspiration, old fishing boats next to beach huts, rocky outcrops, pebble beach and a café!
If you enjoy painting and would like to work en plein air on a seascape in watercolour, acrylics, pastels or oils, this course of two days will allow you to explore observation, imagination, atmosphere and personal response, to create explorative and evocative paintings. We will use a range of more advanced practical techniques and concepts and get to try new technique and different approaches.
You will need to bring your own lunch or use one of the many cafés, chair, paints (you decide your medium), painting support, shade-umbrella & drinking water. There will be a follow-up email when you have booked as to how the day will unfold.
The are a number of car parks in Beer.
