What happens in a Constellation?
It is an opportunity to look at your situation by setting up the structure of your family. This is done by selecting other members of the group to represent your own family members, or by working in other group members’ constellations. When they are set up, the representatives feel like the people they represent without knowing them.
There is a possibility to move into other people’s systems and in this way we learn from the inside about life, other people’s feelings and our own belonging to human kind. It is a very enriching experience. The work is not a theatre or an encounter, it shows something of the human condition and a bigger picture of what affects our daily lives. We are not on our own; we are connected with others in a very significant way. What comes to light in Family Constellations is that in the end all in the family are equal. Nobody is better, nobody is worse. So we can take our place in the family and by taking our correct place we feel right.

What are Family Constellations?
Family Constellations are a gentle and profound way of looking at and bringing healing to situations that hold us back and create unhappiness in our lives.
They can uncover hidden dynamics and loyalties which entangle us with others, helping us to discover ways of healing and resolution, whether it be related to family, friendships, professional life or community. When the inner order of the family is re-established with love, the way is free for our own potential and task.
The process can be deeply moving and often shows surprising solutions.
Delicious vegetarian lunch is included in the price.
Saturday 18th April, Saturday 11th July, Saturday 17th October

Charaka has been working as a therapist, healer and teacher for thirty years. Her love, teaching and dedication to Family Constellations began as soon as she met this incredible work. She has trained with the founder of the family constellation work, Bert Hellinger, and many other excellent teachers.
Her approach is to allow the work itself to show what is needed, without much information being imparted before hand, providing a safe and private space for each person, even in a group setting.
“This work changed my life, and the lives of many, which I have had the honour to work with. It brings joy happiness and connections back that have been lost, often through no fault of our own. A fast effective and non-intrusive method. I find it to be a teacher of wisdom, acceptance, and a truth about the orders of life. Once they are understood and honoured the flow of love is restored.
Held at the School of Art & Wellbeing, nestled in a little corner of exquisite Devon countryside with a view all the way to Dartmoor and only one mile from the market town of Honiton with a direct train line to London Waterloo, the art school is set in 15 acres of wild flower meadows, formal gardens, orchard, beech walk, vegetable plot and a secret Forest Garden to wander in.
